=== Jim Dycker === James "Jim" Dycker (Charlie Heaton) is an intrepid financial journalist at FinDigest who is investigating Tender. A former trader who suffered major losses in the collapse of FTX, Jim is now determined to revive his career by being the one to break the story on Tender's misconduct. He shares custody of an infant son with his colleague Elaine, who he impregnated during a one-night stand. At the start of series 4, Jim follows Tender executive assistant Hayley Clay to a club, and the two spend the night in her apartment while she is intoxicated; she is enraged when he reveals his identity to her the following morning. Before Hayley kicks him out, Jim encourages her to look into the mysterious circumstances surrounding her predecessor's exit from the company. Jim later gets in touch with Harper, who is running a short-only fund, and tips her off that Tender is a strong target, having discovered that they are continuing to illegally process porn and gambling payments out of Africa despite publicly distancing themselves from those sectors to pivot to banking. Jim's tip leads Harper on her own investigation, but Jim himself is forced to publish a heavily edited version of the story. Tender leadership conspires to silence Jim after his discoveries, with Yasmin enlisting Lord Norton to defame Jim in the press as colluding with short sellers, using photos of him meeting Harper. Furthermore, Hayley files a sexual assault complaint against Jim.
=== Sexual === Cnidarian sexual reproduction often involves a complex life cycle with both polyp and medusa stages. For example, in Scyphozoa (jellyfish) and Cubozoa (box jellies), a larva swims until it finds a good site, and then becomes a polyp. This grows normally but then absorbs its tentacles and splits horizontally into a series of disks that become juvenile medusae, a process called strobilation. The juveniles swim off and slowly grow to maturity, while the polyp re-grows and may continue strobilating periodically. The adult medusae have gonads in the gastroderm, and these release ova and sperm into the water in the breeding season. This phenomenon of succession of differently organized generations (one asexually reproducing, sessile polyp, followed by a free-swimming medusa or a sessile polyp that reproduces sexually) is sometimes called "alternation of asexual and sexual phases" or "metagenesis", but should not be confused with the alternation of generations as found in plants. Shortened forms of this life cycle are common, for example some oceanic scyphozoans omit the polyp stage completely, and cubozoan polyps produce only one medusa. Hydrozoa have a variety of life cycles. Some have no polyp stages and some (e.g. hydra) have no medusae. In some species, the medusae remain attached to the polyp and are responsible for sexual reproduction; in extreme cases these reproductive zooids may not look much like medusae.
== Reception == Decay received a weak but overall positive reception from the video games industry's critics. Writing for GameSpot, Doug Radcliffe argued that Decay was "impressive", praising the design of puzzles required players to work together, as well as the way in which the ranking system discouraged players from competing against each other. GameSpy's David Hodgson was more reserved in his views of the game; although describing it as "great fun", he noted that it could become "tedious, with one member waiting for minutes at a time, while the other scratches their head, then completes an objective". In addition, Hodgson felt that the more puzzle-orientated nature of Decay left the action elements "a little muted compared to Gordon's single player quest". Allgame described Decay as an "added bonus" for the PlayStation 2 version of Half-Life, but noted that as the game was designed for two players, it significantly suffered when a single player attempts to play it by switching between two characters, a point that both GameSpy and GameSpot agreed on. In his review for IGN, critic Doug Perry felt that Decay was "neat in its own limited way", but that it was more of a distraction from the main game, more "a complementary cup of vegetable soup than a piping hot main dish of New York steak". While The Electric Playground reviewer Steve Smith stated that the control scheme for the PlayStation 2 version of Half-Life "is about the best we have seen on the PS2 or any console", he concluded that although Decay was a "nice add-on", it was "no reason to buy this port".
==== Tongue ==== Food enters the mouth where the first stage in the digestive process takes place, with the action of the tongue and the secretion of saliva. The tongue is a fleshy and muscular sensory organ, and the first sensory information is received via the taste buds in the papillae on its surface. If the taste is agreeable, the tongue will go into action, manipulating the food in the mouth which stimulates the secretion of saliva from the salivary glands. The liquid quality of the saliva will help in the softening of the food and its enzyme content will start to break down the food whilst it is still in the mouth. The first part of the food to be broken down is the starch of carbohydrates (by the enzyme amylase in the saliva). The tongue is attached to the floor of the mouth by a ligamentous band called the frenum and this gives it great mobility for the manipulation of food (and speech); the range of manipulation is optimally controlled by the action of several muscles and limited in its external range by the stretch of the frenum. The tongue's two sets of muscles, are four intrinsic muscles that originate in the tongue and are involved with its shaping, and four extrinsic muscles originating in bone that are involved with its movement.

== History == The American professional wrestling promotion WWE (formerly World Wrestling Federation, or WWF) has been broadcasting pay-per-view (PPV) events since the mid 1980s, when its classic "Big Four" events (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series) were first established between 1985 and 1989—with the company's very first PPV being WrestleMania in 1985. The company's PPV lineup expanded to a monthly basis in 1995 following the introduction of the In Your House series of pay-per views (which were replaced by standalone ppvs in 1999) before expanding even further in the mid-2000s during the first WWE brand extension. In addition, WWE produced international PPVs not available in the United States between 1997 and 2003. In 2022, the company began recognizing Money in the Bank as one of their five biggest events of the year, thus making it a "Big Five" event along with the classic "Big Four"; King of the Ring was considered a "Big Five" event from 1993 until 2002, after which, it was discontinued as a PPV until 2024. Following WWE's original brand extension in 2002, the company promoted two touring rosters, Raw and SmackDown, representing its television programs, Raw and SmackDown, with the two United Kingdom PPVs held that year being the first ones to be brand exclusive. Following Judgment Day in 2003, brand-exclusive PPVs were expanded to all WWE PPVs, except the traditional "Big Four", which continued to showcase the entire roster, while the remaining PPVs alternated between Raw and SmackDown.
== History == Plans for a successor to the original Source engine began following the release of Half-Life 2: Episode Two in 2007. The first engine tech demo was created in 2010 by remaking a map from Left 4 Dead 2. Images of this were leaked onto the internet in early 2014. At the 2014 Game Developers Conference, Valve employee Sergiy Migdalskiy showed off a Source 2 physics debugging tool being used in Left 4 Dead 2. Source 2 was first made available via Steam Workshop tools for Dota 2 in 2014 prior to it being officially announced at the 2015 Game Developers Conference. There, Valve stated their intent for it was to allow for content to be created more efficiently. Valve also stated that it would support the Vulkan graphics API and use a new in-house physics engine called Rubikon, which would replace the need for the third-party Havok tools. Gabe Newell, president and founder of Valve, said that the company were prioritizing the development of their own games before they would release the engine and its software development kit to the public. This was to ensure the highest quality for developers; he added that they were intending to make the engine free to use for game developers as long as the game is published on their Steam service. In June 2015, Valve announced that the entirety of Dota 2 would be ported over to Source 2 in an update called Dota 2 Reborn. Reborn was first released to the public as an opt-in beta update that same month before officially replacing the original client in September 2015, making it the first game to use the engine.
